Ava Porterfield M.A., L.P.C.
Ava Porterfield is a Christian therapist with 27 years of experience. She offers counseling for adults, couples. and families. Ava is dedicated to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment in which to explore personal and interpersonal issues, as well as the crises and transitions in life that each of us experience. She offers a strength based and integrative approach to therapy. Ava is the mother of three and the grandmother of five. She has been married to her husband, a pastor, for forty- four years.
Jenna Lawrence is a certified Biblical Counselor through Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is finishing her Master of Arts in Counseling through B. H. Carroll Theological Seminary. Jenna understands that making the step to pursue counseling can be overwhelming and possibly even generate feelings of fear. Jenna desires to provide a welcoming, safe space for you to share your story and then work collaboratively with you to reach your goals using integrative and adaptable strategies unique to your situation. Jenna has been married to her husband for sixteen years and they are the proud parents of a thirteen-year-old daughter.
Fees for Service
All counseling sessions are billed using credit card payment.
Hope Counseling uses a sliding fee scale based on client household income. We do not accept insurance.
