Galatians 5:16
Abba LORD, we pray now and forever that You, Your Son, and Your Holy Spirit teach us to listen, make us hear Your words alone, not the words of humankind, but Your words as You guide us in this decision of what is rightly aligned with Your holy Word and Your holy will for us as Your faithful Christian church body. We pray for a peaceful confidence within each of us that our decision and our vote reflect Your teachings. We desire the love and compassion that you have for all people. We pray for all of us to remain faithful followers of Christ and of Your New Testament Covenant commands. We treasure Your Word that is written on our hearts as true Christ Believers. We desire Your promise of eternity spent with You. Please help us to hear Your will to make the righteous decision in which we can stand firm. Amen and Amen.
