Deuteronomy 4:10
Father God, Deuteronomy 4:10 teaches, “The day that thou (Moses) stood before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather Me the people together, and I will make them hear My words, that they may learn to fear Me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.” Yes, God, please make us hear Your words. Some people hear and rebel, some hear and tremble, some hear and fear, some hear and hide, some of us hear and contemplate, some hear but can never decide, and some people hear and obey. Please help us to be hearers of the Word and obedient doers of Your will for us, Lord. We want to rejoice and give You reason to smile upon our decision being within Your will for us individually. Amen.
